1)c) Spray bottle of Alpha-Hp sanitizing/disinfecting product was not labeled with the word 'poison' or 'toxic'. There is an unmarked spray container of a product presumed to be Alpha-Hp that is not labeled with the name of the product and the word 'poison' or 'toxic' as well. 3) The storage room was open and accessible to children during program hours this morning.
